As a Principal Architect at NRI, I lead data and AI work across multiple enterprise clients, combining hands-on architecture with program-level oversight. I work directly with client leaders to set priorities, define roadmaps, and keep delivery aligned with account goals.

I design and guide solutions, focusing on practical data, analytics, and AI platforms that fit how each organization operates and can scale over time.

I spend a significant amount of time in presales—running demos, leading workshops, shaping solution approaches, and helping turn PoVs into structured, repeatable engagements. I also mentor delivery teams and help standardize how we execute across accounts.

Steer key technical endeavors, including dynamic reporting and data standardization, while also guiding advanced data engineering and modeling. • Oversee client stakeholder communications, ensuring project goals are met with precision and professionalism.
• Initiate and manage comprehensive audits in Data Quality, Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and BI, targeting both regulatory adherence and performance improvement, while strategically aligning with overarching business objectives.
• Facilitate regular training sessions on Power BI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Reporting to embed best practices.
• Champion the formation and growth of a BI user group, encouraging collaborative learning and knowledge exchange.
• Hold a key role in developing and expanding Neudesic's dedicated BI practice with a focus on innovative solutions and methodologies for both training and IP development.
• Lead client discussions on data architecture, modeling, and business alignment, contributing to robust and scalable business infrastructure.

• Deploy and configure repositories and Azure resources to support the implementation of Neudesic's ONE Data Platform Accelerator.
• Developed parameterized pipelines and stored procedures to pull data from multiple sources including on-prem databases and NoSQL databases into AzureSQL databases.
• Implemented incremental refreshes to correctly merge or update records when moving from short term storage to long term storage and optimize performance.
• Developed and implemented new data warehouse models leveraging external tables and custom stored procedures to normalize the data into a dimensional format.
• Created enterprise level Power BI data models along with custom training videos on how to best utilize the final reporting views most effectively.
• Implemented security best practices leveraging Azure Key Vault, AAD Security Groups, and database level permissions.

• Developed Power BI reports to support general ledger accounting and connection with a 3rd party ERP system leveraging an Azure SQL reporting database for increased performance.
• Created customized technical documentation and training for clients on Power BI, SQL, and development best practices.
• Migrated on-premise SQL Databases, SSRS reports, and SSIS tasks to Azure on a BI team that reported to the client CFO.
• Developed emergency Power BI reports to allow the client to quickly implement state-mandated COVID testing data tracking using a custom API to a 3rd party testing vendor, loading into Azure SQL and displayed via Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports with HIPAA-compliant RLS and column masking.
